as a wireless technical support group for Netgear, Sequent, Lucent and many other clients. Experienced in operating a Division,
which is part of a Public Company, including the rigorous reporting, projection, performance and management standards.

directing the industrial operations of ALCO, a firm involved in consulting, appraisal, liquidation, reorganization of distressed
companies or their assets. Ran Ayers/Chairmakers, Inc., a $40,000,000 multi-plant furniture manufacturing company acquired
by ALCO. The Company was restructured under my direction, which required liquidation of excess inventory and M & E, restructuring
the accounting, cost accounting, computer, trucking systems. Repricing and narrowing the product line and developing the human
resources needed for operations and improved the reliability of Philippine and other overseas suppliers. The overall effect
turned a 2.5M loss into a $1.0M profit after the first year.
